Quarantine requirements: Port of entry

I am going to travel from Islamabad (Pakistan) to Vancouver. If I have another city as port of entry for Canada (like montreal or toronto) do I need to do my quarantine there ? Or do I quarantine at my last destination ?

You do the 3 day hotel quarantine in the first PoE and then take the flight to Vancouver and complete the remaining 11 days quarantine there.

Yeah, it's much easier to just arrive in the destination city rather than take another domestic flight.

Another option would be to do all the 14-days quarantine at POE and then travel immidiately to Vancouver avoiding the need for further quarantine, however you would have to check BC quarantine rules if that is permissible. Each province has different rules.
