Qualifying Job Offer-International Students

Hi,

I was an international student and now on Work Permit. I have more than two years of experience and now secured a full time permanent job-no LIMA required. I have open work permit. Can I still qualifies for arranged employment?

Anyone is going through same situation? Thanks in advance!

Yes I spoke to cic about the valid job offer. Sadly, He told me that it is not a valid job offer.
