Hello everyone. i hope everyone doing good.

Good day!

I have a concern about qualification of certificate issued by TSSA. Besides to this, i explain what i have done previously. I have 3 years’ experience as product design engineer outside Canada which is considered as skilled worker. I decided to move to Canada through express entry but I couldn’t make it through so that why I came to Canada as student. I opted Hvac, and became a Gas technician which falls under skilled trade. Moreover. I do have the qualification of certificated issued by TSSA, Ontario and I am wondering can I claim 50 points for having qualification of certificate .Now the problem is, I am in real chaos that should I apply for PR as Federal skilled trade or Federal skilled worker?

As far as I know, to eligible for Federal skilled trade one should have 1) qualification of certificate or one year employment offer from Canadian company 2) CLB level 7 in IELTS 3) two years of experience in same field.

But in this case I don’t have any experience in skilled trade, now still can I claim 50 points for qualification of certificate in express entry under skilled worker.

please anyone clear my doubts which would be very helpful for me
thanks

Hi @sinch28. I'm also in similar situation as yours but couldn't find any answer to my problems. Just wondering if you've managed to clear your doubts?

I have the same problem.
Did you choose 'Yes' for the question of the certificate?
I have a G3 certificate. Am I eligible to choose Yes for the question?
