Qualification assessment from WES/others query

Hi,

I am currently concerned about the evaluation status of my qualifications. I have done a 4-year bachelors program in engineering (finished in 2017) from an Asian university, then I moved to Australia and recently enrolled in a 1-year Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) which is ranked at level 8(higher than bachelors) and is nationally recognised, it is competency-based (means we would receive either competent or NYC in grading).

I need to know if my Grad diploma will be verified by WES or any other evaluating body. So I can claim points for TWO OR MORE DEGREE section.
