Our agency take all our documents and said they will submit the application for QSW by the first week of January but they did not give us any information by now and when we call them and ask, they just said, we have not got any information! What might be the problem? Either they have not submit the documents yet? or dont want to give the file number to us?

May we know what the name of the agency you're in?
Anyways, if they said they will submit your documents the agency should at least give you the tracking number of the courier service they hired. That way, you will be able to track your documents if those arrived safely to the destination.
Nevertheless, you could always call Montreal and check if the documents have been received:

Not all agency are credible. I will suggest you contact MICC to clarify the eventual receipt of your application. However, considering your timeline, it seem to me that your application was not submitted. What's the name of the agency and which country are you applying from and your AOT?
