pls could explain how you got this because i want to apply for CSQ with no french certificate this month.

pls its urgent.

If you apply before the 31st March 2014 , it will be not too late. You can still apply without the french results if you are sure that you attain all the necssary points in your category.
But for Quebec i think it is good to have French since it is a French speaking province
to ha ve a better understanding of the points grading you can google it and you wilol find website where everything is been explained
