Hi Qorax,
Please let us know what is your opinion on this senario.
Majority of the FSW3 category applicant under NY visa office did not get medical request for long time. For instance dsing and mine moved to inprocess in May-June 2010 and till now no medical request.
What do you think about this Qorax? Thank you in advance for the reply..

Under the fast track system (post Nov-2008) usually Meds come by 4-6 months of the 2nd AOR, with most CHCs. There could be some variance, VO wise, as well as case-to-case basis... we could add a few months here-n-there... but, definitely beyond 7-8 months we should accept that there's some situation there. And then some emails &/or our CAIPS Notes could reveal the issue.

NY, Buffalo, Detroit etc. r a bit late. Probably due to the diverse range of applicants they handle. And their volumes. Which, makes them overbooked while checking our b/grounds.

please lets connect and hear what they will say.

Thanks

Do you think that I can get PR by july if everything goes well? Because right now I am really confused and woried as my post graduate work permit is coming to an end on june 20th? Thank you once again..
