one more query is tht----------------in case i leave for US on H1B from india,do a job there for a year,in between if i get my PR,can i visit canada from US ,while still holding an H1B or should i come back to india and then make an entry to canada????plzz clarify

You can make your landing from US. No need to come back to India.
