i m posting it again because i didn't got enough answers from many experts

dear qorax & all,

i did medicals on November 2009 , i have sent them(chc isl) case specific inquiry in may 2010 with no answer, i sent them other case specific inquiry yesterday(13th july) & surprisingly they sent me answer today(14 july) in less then 24 hours , please look below for there reply and comment what we can guess from it
