Hi Friends,

I applied under noc 6242 n my application reached cic on april 3rd...however there was an update on apr 5th that cap reached for 6242....I was still positive that it will be IN...but so far i havent received any PER, it will be 2 Months...my concerns are

1) are there any chances for it to be accepted still or for sure its coming back

2) as advised by others on forum i m in the process of collecting docs again...have to get copy of ielts n new reference letter...should i wait or i can start off???

3) my Spouse doesnt have her BC...is it ok or we still need to get her BC...

come july if my noc is on list can i send new application or i need to wait till i get my old one back???

when can i send a mail for status update??

I think it is likely your application was not included before the CAP was reached. There are usually a number of applications still to be processed, sometimes several weeks or more, so arriving only 2 days before the CAP makes it nearly impossible for your application to be accepted. You may choose to get all your paperwork lined up and ready for submission as soon as the new NOCs are announced. It will be faster the second time around, but still labour intensive. Good Luck.

but do i need to wait till my first appl is back or i can send the new appl in julyy?

thanx for tye response.....

If your NOC is in the list on 1 July, then you can send in another application before the other one comes back. If by good luck the first application IS processed, you can withdraw the second one when the time comes.

great..,,feeling better reading this coz somebody told me i need to wait till i get my appl back

Hi,what about your application payment ? Was it CC or Bank Draft ?

If the payment has been taken, then a hint that it is probably IN.

Neverthless, like advised above, keep all your documents ready. If your NOC is still on the new list ( if , any new list is announced ) , then apply straight away.

Look at the brighter side, you are not in a rush and can prepare your forms and documents carefully. Giving no room for silly mistakes.

thanx so much for such encouraging words it gives me hope....iiam a victim of irresponsible n not updated consultants...he was telling me that i cannot send another applucation unless i get back tje first...

he did not include my spouse info as he only suggested me that i should exclude spouse as it would save some money initially...my appl got uci

however due to this mising info it was sent back n by the time i updated n sent it back cap reached...otherwise people who applied with me already started getting MR...iam keeping my hopes for july..thats why iam gathering as much info as i can from this forum...so pls seniors help me

Hi Friend, ( I hate to call u a Crook ;) )

You have already got the answers to your queries from Pippin and maran. Yes, you would need BC for your spouse.

This forum is a Treasure house.....take as much help as you can.... everyone is willing to help.

BEST of Luck ...

Mitali

Please check with the bank first that your DD is cashed or not...
if it is cashed then get your finger crossed you will get PER,
But if not do check after two months in P.Box to get your application back...
And also i would recommend you to add your spouse cause if you get PR then there will be lot of hassles when you have to re add her...so if you add her now then your process will be within six month-year or else you might g\have to wait for long time...
Best of luck and wishes from my side,
Warm Regards,

I don't get it at all about excluding your spouse. You have to honestly state whether or not you are married on the forms, if you lie, it is misrepresentation. I suggest you fully understand all the rules and regulations/forms and questions whether or not you are using a representative. Good Luck.
