Hi Everyone,
Can somebody clear about IMMIGRATION STATUS issues in refusal letter? I read on this the link
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5487ETOC.asp
Other documents
• If you are not a citizen of the country in which you are applying, you must provide proof of your present immigration status in the country of application.
• If the government that issued your passport or travel document requires a re-entry permit this must be obtained before you apply for a Canadian visa.
• Additional documents may be required.
My comprehension in the IMMIGRATION STATUS issue is this even when you have Legal Immigration Status in the country where you stay & work (different from the country of permanent residence), you also need to show Immigration Status in the country where you apply your visa (if there's no Canadian Embassy where I live, I need to send to the visa office which is near to my country where I live)? So if I send my applications by mail/courier, I would be needing a visa to country which where I submitted my applications?
Qorax..PMM...Please help. I'm a bit confuse...
Thanks! Highly appreciated for your inputs
