I am aware of 2 requirements in QA. One for QA manager and One for QA lead
For QA Manager --- Individual who has experience in testing mobile apps, digital media web apps, any experience with TV domain and at least 10+ years of experience including 3+ in management role.
For QA lead - 7+ years of experience in banking domain with exposure to coordinating with offshore team.
