Putting wrong test results date

In this case maybe it's better to upload it, but I don't understand. In the certificate, you don't have the date when you got your result ?

Yeh unfortunately....

if we only collect the digital file of celpip, they will automatically change the date; they didn’t really have a section for test result, only have the authorization signing date there(which automatically renew)
That’s why at that time I filled it wrong since I am looking at this document
I guess IELTS didn’t have this kind of issue?

I will try to ask celpip if the correct date can be retrieved or through hard copy, then I can attach it with LOE to show as proof.
