1st Name AND DOB wrong, you wont get any points for your sister being there. More so your sister may have to give lot of answers to CIC if they comes to know about this.

correct the mistake immediately coz same thing happened to me and i had to withdraw my application before they rejected it.

Any way to correct it please reply. Thank you
I am patiently waiting because I have to submit my full documents and am running out of time

well if you correct it then it may create question mark on your sister since she had not mentioned you as brother and she may be accounted for misrepresentation.

If you are obtaining 67 points excluding 5 points of adaptability than forget about it

dont miss the 120 days deadline, ask your sis to send a letter to cic for rectification and you claim points and also attach a explanatory note with a copy of the letter submitted by your sis.
