Purpose of Travel letter

Hi guys,

We are applying for a visitors visa for my fiance to come to canada to get married. For the purpose of travel letter, can I write it? Or does he need to? If I write it, does he also need to sign it?

I would imagine a purpose of getting married would not be a good reason to go to Canada. Why would he want to leave after?

Agreed. You'll need to provide very strong evidence you intend to return to your home country. Chances of successful application will be difficult as IRCC will see it as a means to remain in Canada indefinitely after marriage.
