Punjabi degree evaluation question

Hello All,
I am helping friend with her query
So she did bachelors in arts from guru nanak dev university but in punjabi will she able to get it translated and get evaluated as she is considering to do real estate course. I did email bcit but havent heard back maybe someone here knows.
