I want to apply for WES through PTU website. When I go through PTU website its says your user id is already in use .. I tried to recover the password but I don’t know my registered phone number .. It says OTP is sent to your phone number. I wrote so many e-mails to PTU but I didn’t get any reply its almost 3 months.
If anyone knows please let me know i

I tried but I have too put my roll no. when I have to sign up it says user id already in use

Then, Your roll no. is linked with your previous account. Only PTU can solve this. Just call them to solve it rather than writing emails...

I called them so many times no one is answering … I don’t know what should I do.. I have to apply for express entry …. i don’t know what should i do…

Is it compulsory for you to apply WES through PTU website?? Because, I applied through WES official website...

I don’t know but when I see on youtube how to apply wes its shows this…

1. download wes academic request form and fill it.
2. Go to ptu support and create your profile.
3. under new query apply for wes evaluation.
4. upload all dmc, degree, identity proof and wes academic request form.
5. pay the online fees of Rs 4100.

But I have no access to student portal.
is there any another way ? To apply and how

My case was different as I hold different diplomas not any PTU degree.
