I tried to make a PTU account for my applying for my transcripts and i put my canadian number as my contact to recieve an OTP but i did not get any OTP and still my account was registered! Now i’m trying to login but its not going through. If i click on forgot password, they say that an OTP has been sent to the registered number but it was my canadian number and i’m not getting any OTP. Can you please help me sort out this problem?
