I am a PSW with PGWP and 2year work experience in Canada. Please i used 4412, i wasn’t eligible but i tried 4212, i was eligible but I don’t have scores for Canadian education (i do have a 3 year work permit through schools i attended here) and arranged employment. My CRS was 405. I met with a consultant, she said I can’t use social services code.
