I have a question regarding my Permanent residency, I have received it in 2015 in Quebec for 5 years and shortly after left Canada with my Canadian husband and lived abroad together. It has expired November 2020 and I wasn't able to renew it because of Covid travel restrictions. Now I'm planning to relocate to Toronto or mississauga in June 2022 and in order to do so I have to issue a travel document to enter Canada since my PR card expired. I know that every day spent outside of Canada with my Canadian husband is calculated and counted. so now I am trying to fill out the PRTD application and gathering documents requested on the checklist. Can someone tell me what to add as supporting documents to validate my case? I just need a help on this matter to guarantee an approval on my application . I will be accompanying with my 2 Canadian kids and my husband.
on the other hand, what could be done if my PRTD got rejected? Please let me know as soon as possible.
