PRTD - Int Passport Submitted but no acknowledgment gotten from VFS

Hello,

Can anyone advise if they received acknowledgment from VFS after they submitted their passport? I received passport request mail for my PRTD travel document application and I have sent same to VFS, however, I have not received acknowledgment from them that it has been received at their office and so I am unable to track it. I have sent multiple mails but no response from them. Is this normal?
