Hi,
I together with my wife and my 14 yr old daughter will be travelling to Philippines tomorrow. Our PRs are expired but we already submitted an application for renewal. It is our first time to travel outside Canada after 12yrs.
Can we fill out/sign the application form on the day of our flight. For example, our flight is tomorrow Aug 20, I will sign it and date it to Aug 20. Is that ok? Or should I date it by the time I land in Philippines?
And for question number 8: “Date and place you became a PR of Canada.” My destination on my COPR was Winnipeg but my port of entry is Vancouver. Should I answer Vancouver?
Number 16. “Have you accompanied a Canadian citizen or a PR while outside Canada?” My answer is N/A, since this is the first time we are travelling outside Canada after 12yrs. Is this correct?
Or should I declare my wife’s name on my application? And my wife will declare me on her application? And my daughter will declare us in her application?
