Question: 7 > I hold just one passport and no other ex passport. So this doesn't apply to me right?

Question: 8 > I don't meet the Residency obligation. Do I still have to send them the docs?

7. Correct. If you have had no other passport within the last 5 years.

8. You are claiming *some* residence in Canada but are hoping they will forgive a small number of days. So, yes...
