I applied for PRTD from Pakistan through PR Portal on November 12th, but no response after that? is anyone in the same boat? Where to follow up?

Need help
I am stuck up outside canada due to lost of my wallet which contains PR card
Started applying online but form 5444e on second page gives error "your changes cannot be saved please try again later"
Have you met such error
