Prra hearing but no decision made and mail to attend the appointment

I’m here to ask and share some questions about my prra application if anyone going through the Same process or has been through the process please share as I’m having a panic attack nowadays… I came to Canada December 2022 from USA and was offered PRRA at Cbsa boarder after 1 year got email to attend the appointment and told by officers that my prra was rejected and eligible to collect evidence and submit it to humanitarian authorities and I did submitted everything related to my case meanwhile I was granted open work permit,after waiting for long time a month ago did my virtual prra hearing and not get any decision at the end of the interview officer told me that you will get a decision by mail after 4 weeks waiting today got a email that I have appointment with Cbsa office but not a any clarification why they want me to come to office dose anyone have any information please share so that I can calm my mind down would be appreciated..
