Does anyone knows anybody from Mauritania that has been deported ? and If the the CBSA doesn't have your passport and no travel document can they still deport you ? I was released on Bond this year because of my criminal record in US but I'm not a US citizen but I don't have a passport from my country nor any documents such as birth certificate or ID from my country I came here from the US . I was arrest and detained for a month before been release on Bond waiting on my PRRA decision . But I just got a letter saying that a decision was rendered in regards of my application and then that I have to be at their office at specific date and time . Should I be worry of been arrest again ?

You will just have to attend the meeting and find out. Every case is different, so what has happened to others is not that relevant
