i received letter that my application is provissionaly accpeted, and next day i received medical forms, what is the meaning of provissionaly accepted. now only medical is left or some other factors are still left and will be done after medical. please advice

It means that your application is eligible and you have 67 points or more and if medicals go fine your visa should be on the way once passport submission request is received by you.

yep. Also security check i think. But you should be fine most likely.

i already submitted police certificate, then what is the meaning of security check. any idea about security check

i dont know. i read that on the forum a long while back. i think it could mean they check to see if your PCC is real, etc.
