Provisional Transcript Evaluation from WES

Hi. I have just completed Masters in Engineering Management but I have not yet received the final transcript and degree from the university and it is going to take around 4 to 5 months. Though, I have provisional transcript from the campus, I studied in. Can I send my provisional transcript to WES for evaluation? Because I don't want to wait that long.
Please suggest!
