I have a doubt on my case. Can I humbly request your advise and guidance?
Note: My spouse and me are yet to write the IELTS exam.
"The draft CRS score for my spouse as primiary applicant is 470. For me, it is 410. My spouse's previous and only employer (till date) is no more active i.e. the company is still alive but runs no active business (dormant). But while my wife was working (until her pregnancy - March 2019) the business was active. So, currently the company has no website available and not available in its earlier physical address (as per my wife's records). The salary mode given to her was cash (no bank statement). But she has proper salary slips - sealed and signed. Also, she has all the required documents on company's letter head - sealed and signed. And, the company never gave her Form-16, but she has filed her IT Returns every year with the Indian government. This can act as a proof of her salary."
Please advise whether it is safe to proceed with her as primary applicant? If yes, what are the other set of documents I need to have in hand?
