Proving work experience

Hi! I'm a registered nurse from the Philippines. I'm planning to apply as skilled worker. I have 6 months work experience as a hospital staff nurse and 1 year and 2 mos as a private duty nurse. My question is, how will I prove my experience as a private duty nurse? My patient is an 80 year old woman, her family paid me cash without tax deductions. Pls help, what are the necessary documents needed? Thanks in advance!

well, if i m in your place, I will get reference letter from that family mentioning the period I worked as private nurse. and will make an affidavit from court that this information is correct. I will also take some patient's medical history papers from her family (which they allow to give) and submit all these copy to canada...

i don't if you can make it possible or any other experts have an idea.
