they say uncle is okay. My friend used the same relationship and did get his PR but he had more than 78 points so he may not have needed the points from relatives.
CIC says uncle is okay. They do not say it has to be a blood relative uncle. I would use it.
Well to my understanding, it is "Blood Relationship". In this case his father's sister is his "Blood relative", so I think it should be Aunt (that should be used) instead of Uncle.
