i want to ask about the Provincial Nominee Program, i have an immigration application already in Damascus office since June 2006, someone advised me to search for Provincial Nominee Program in one of the canadian territories, my question is?
can anybody help me providing sufficint information about this program? i am working as a psychiatrist..
also, can i apply for this program while i already have an application pending in Damascus office.
