PROVINCIAL NOMINATION THROUGH EXPRESS ENTRY

Hi There!
I need some clarification regarding PNPs. I would really appreciate if someone gives correct information.

1. Can I create express entry profile for TEER-4 occupation?
2. Suppose If I get a provincial nomination for TEER-4 occupation, will I be able to create express entry profile and do the rest of the process? because when I check in the CIC portal, it says only TEER 0,1,2 and 3 are eligible to create express entry profile. If it is so, then how we start process?

2. TEER-4 not eligible for EE so you cannot create a profile. So you need nomination through province directly that accept TEER-4. Assume you have a job offer or are working in Canada now. What province are you eligible for?

What province are you eligible for and applied to? Most provinces require skilled work experience. Do you have a job offer because that would be the only way? Are you working in Canada now?

No. I am outside of Canada. I am looking for possible ways. I work as an Office Assistant for which I recently found that my NOC-14100, TEER-4.
Since I am not eligible for express entry so I am researching for PNPs, AIP like that..

So you will need a job offer if not working in Canada. Assume you have ECA, IELTS completed.

You aren’t eligible for EE if TEER-4. Have you even researched any PNP program? Start with that. A job offer may not even get you nominated if you don’t meet eligibility requirements for the PNP. Also the employer has to support your nomination so must meet its own requirements.

Already made suggestion. Research PNPs and see what requirements are. Then start a job search and find an employer willing to support your nomination, and is eligible for the PNP program. EE is not an option.

Another option is a study permit but you need to show career and education advancement, funds and ties to home country (higher pay to justify costs). This doesn’t guarantee PR as you stil need skilled work experience.
