Provincial Nomination Program. Alberta. I want to start it. Help!!!

Hi. I am thinking about applying as Alberta Provincial Nomination. Do I have to have a job offer? How does that work? Is it faster than FSW? I applied as FSW.

If you are on H1B Status in the US and have worked for over a year, then you do not need a job offer.

Otherwise, yes you need job offer, or a family to sponser.

No, I am not in a H1B Status. I work as an Accountant.

Then you need a job offer for the nomination.
