Provincial Nomination CERTIFICATE vs INVITATION

Hello all,

I am wondering what is the difference between nomination 'certificate' and nomination 'invitation'.
I received ITA (OINP) a few months back, I accepted it and applied, however, my application was rejected because of the lack of job experience. Now, I have received an invitation for Express Entry (FSWP). I have to reply to this question "have you received a nomination certificate from a province or territory?" Should I answer YES or NO?

You should select 'No' unfortunately. The nomination certificate is what you would have received if your application had been approved. Your application was rejected so, unfortunately, you do not have a provincial nomination
