I first created my Express entry profile 1 year ago and received an invitation from Ontario. However, due to some personal issues, I could not proceed with my application and withdrew from the pool. I again created a profile this year and received an ITA. However, I do not have any invitation from any province this time. I still want to reside in Ontario province and any city near Toronto. Since I do not have any invitation, would selecting Ontario create any issue?
