I' m a little confused as to if I qualify for the Province or territory certificate of qualification. I attained a certificate in Early Learning and Child Development from a college in Alberta through a distance learning program. Can this get me points?

basically the answer is no. certificates of qualification refer to skilled trades, ie jobs that you need to do an apprenticeship for; electrician, plumber, mechanic, metal sheet worker etc.
