Good day to all,
Does anyone here know the medical instruction on how to ( "Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination") the immigration requested to us.

If you have completed your medical then they would have given you a receipt to summit,if thats what your asking, summit that .

When you did your immigration medical, you would normally be given a printed document confirming the medical complete, that's the proof being requested here.

no one will be able to tell you exactly what the email said. best guess is you are supposed to mail in the medical receipt to your VO. the address was likely listed in the email. but you can find it online, as well. make sure you list your file number and UCI somewhere when you mail it in so they know what file to attach the medical receipt to.

and don't delete anymore CIC emails :)

Well, when I did my medical, the doctor clearly said "send the original but keep at least 2 copies with you in any case".
So I did it. Made 2 copies from the emedical and sent in the original one. :D

How old is your medical? was they requesting a new medical or just proof that you had one? What Vo is your application going through?

In this case you have to redo medical.

Did you send the original medical receipt given by your doctors? If you haven't done that, you don't need to redo anything yet, just send the receipt.

oh I see. Have you done that before?

I applied in April. In February 2015 I did my medical and xray exam. The doctor then gave me a paper with my photo on it, showing that I have completed the exam. You have to provide the original paper the doctor gives you. Dont forget to make 2 copies for yourself (for your records).

So you sent in an application without the medical piece?

I sent a copy of the receipt of the medical, that why I'm wordering why they are requesting those documents again. When I check our application in website it's stated that they receive our medical result.
