After getting positive decision on a hearing how and when he can apply for ccb benefit?
And after applying for ccb did he gets all amount for his last 1 year period of being refugee claiment of No.
He was on payroll for last 1 year while waiting for hearing.

You don't qualify for ccb as an asylum claimant.

Hi as i said, He just have a positive result at his hearing and is protected person now.

They won’t be eligible for benefits prior to the claim being accepted. Once they receive their documents stating the results of the hearing, they should be eligible to apply.
