Protected B when completed Help

Hi i need a little help the new application for Exemption on compassionate ground it says in the corner Protected B when completing not sure what it means but do i have to fill that by hand or i have to fill it online...??

I also don't know what form you're referring to but Protected B when Completed generally just means it will contain personal information (when completed) and is subject to government privacy disclosure rules/laws (they can't just send it to anyone). So for the purposes of you filling out the form, it doesn't change anything.
