Prospect for OINP for Points less than 450 with 1+ year of Canadian Express

Hi All,

I have completed 1 year and thinking about applying for OINP as I do not have sufficient points to be picked up directly in EE. Currently points are hoovering around 470+.

Anyone in similar situation or do you recommend me applying for OINP under Human capital stream as I have to shell out $1500.

I have a job from a Canadian employer and my NOC code is 0213.

Any advise would be appreciated..

You will.have to be picked when creating express entry portfolio you can't opt for human capital unfortunately

Are you referring that I need to apply for OINP ? I am missing something. If I apply for OINP only option is for human capital right or you are saying I will be selected from the pool and get an PNP notification.
I am not able to apply through employer as they are not ready to share necessary document.

You have to create ee and Ontario will pick you if they want.
