I have a friend who is in temporary status working as a food server in New Brunswick. Given the lack of opportunities for jobs under Food Industries (w/ some exceptions like Cook jobs) for PR pathways, she's scouting for better options now. She was being contacted by an employer interested in hiring her as Property Manager for Airbnb properties in Ontario. She wants to know what Permanent Residence pathways that are possible to be taken if she take that job. Her employer is quite new in dealing with PR related matters so my friend might do it on her own or guide her would be employer for any process to be taken. Anybody knows or could give an opinion with her situation/case would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance

Is she going to be an employee or self employed?

Ultimately it's up to her and not her employer to figure out how to qualify and apply for PR.

Is friend on open work permit? Need to look at Express Entry and PNP options. She would have to be an employee of the company with T4s, EI/CPP/taxes deduced from payslips.
