Hi, I wish to know whether there's a limit to how many Properties I can buy in Vancouver BC- 1.During the process of my PR, 2. After getting my PR? Am I eligible to mortgage the above if I have a strong credit history in my home country? Thanks in advance

There isn't a limit to the number you can buy. Your mortgage eligibility depends on the banks you work with.

If you are not a PR, you will need to pay an extra tax (foreign buyers' tax) and if you do not live in the properties or have them rented out, you will pay an extra tax.

Your credit history in another country will count for precisely nothing in Canada I am afraid, you basically start all over again.
