Yes you can...but no one is going to even read it. Check General Visa Checklist, just scroll down and see whats written on the 'last line'. Clearly mentioned no need to submit property valuation, insurance, jewels valuation papers etc.

Embassy (atleast in India) do not prefer such kind of instruments as there is no mean available to verify the same.
