Has anyone applied without property evaluation docu and still secured admission?

It is not a compulsory document they won't reject you if u don't show any. Since my father had property in his name so I showed it just made my case more stronger and even if I hadn't showed it, it won't have made any big difference.

we have a property... i just wondered if its really important.. if it makes case stronger i should go for it then!
