I am going to show my father's property docs.

he has apartments on his name etc in Pakistan.

so there is "Sales deed" and there is also "Agreement of sale". Both docs should be attached or either one of them as per my visa application process?

This question is mainly aimed at Pakistani applicants.

Any feedback from them will be highly appreciated.

Attached the original property documents along with its Notarized english translation (if applicable). This will strengthen your case. Sale deed would be better

I don't think originals are necessary. Send Notarized copies, I'm sure they'l probably be in English so no need to translate. If in urdu then get them translated or translate them yourself and get them notarized. Another thing you can attach is property valuation. Approach a real estate agent or a consultancy firm and ask them to provide a property valuation of your properties. You can attach that as original as well. It will give them an idea of your property's current worth.

Both docs are in English so I do not need a translation. I'll have them notarized by a nearby notary public.

It will take 2 weeks for a property evaluation to be done. I approached a real estate agent. I'm going to file my case on Monday, oct 15. I'm short on time.

If a property is a worth of 8 lac back in 2006, I'm sure it is going to be around 10/12 lac in 2012.

Would there be no harm if I attached both docs. "Sale deed" and "Agreement of Sale". ? I just wanted to attach less paper work, that's why I had asked this question.

Attach em both if you think it will help.

it would be better if u attach property valuation certificate.

Have you done this? How long did it take property valuation to be done? I was told 15 days by a agent. I'm living in Karachi

NEVER EVER submit original property documents for visa. Whoever is giving you that suggestion is completely out of their mind!!! It's always a notarized copy of the property documents, both sale deed and the agreement to sale. I don't know about other documents because I am an Indian and rules might be slightly different for Pakistan. Good luck!

I'm not sending any original property docs. Im sure i have some brain cells being an adult. Just attested copies duly attested by a notary public.

i did it from my uncle who is an architect.

I went to another state agency agent. Property valuation certificate based on the current market value will be issued on Monday. He charged Rs 1500 for his service.

Chalo good for you. I sent my case through TCS visatronix. I don't think it makes a difference though.
