proper format in making a job description

Hi guys!
I really need help!
i'm making a job description for my agency. it's part of the requirement for immigrant visa ( express entry).
the job description format must have a detailed NOC duties.
I'm having a hard time formulating it since I am pressured knowing the consul will be basing my immigration from this one. please help!
