I am 38 years old & I own a school & college.. I am managing it alongwith my father, He being CEO and me as managing director. The institute is 25 years old with about 800 students and 60 staff..but I joined it some 2 years back..till now I was doing different HR jobs in private sector for almost 12 years..so my gap was not wasted.. i am a certified HR professional and did my MBA HR and international HR certifications. Now my father wants me to also get an MBA Finance degree from Canada too so that I can have command on Finance side too and run the institute on my own in near future..So I want to show the institute as my ties in my home country. My other ties are my wife and 1 year old son who will stay back with my parents..we also have some land and houses too but it's not divided yet between me and my brother..we r 2 brothers..My query is how can I show that's it's my institute.. will my father write a letter on a letter head that iam Managing Director or show me as a partner bcoz till now there was no need of it. So we haven't discussed this yet..I want all these ties to be shown to get a study visa to show that i am a genuine student and will return back to run my business , as I saw in the forum too many study visas are rejected bcoz that VO is not sure that students will return back to there home country. Plz advise me anyone.

Are you getting paid inform of salary or dividend from the school you co-run with your father?

I take my fix share in form of cash from the net income the institute makes on a monthly basis.
And that goes to your bank account? As a proof? I hope you understand where im coming from. I know someone who has similar situation, but he was paid in dividend, they refused because he did not prove payment of dividend plus he did not file taxes to withhold tax

Given that you already are the business owner and have done an MBA which would have included basic finance even if you specialized in HR, doing another MBA in Canada will not lead to career advancement. Given that you already own and run the business with your family there is very little justification spend a large amount of money studying in Canada plus stop working. You can certainly try and apply but it is pretty clear that you are not a genuine student and this is about immigration. I worry when I hear people selling their land given that your application has numerous red flags. Please consider what will happen if you sell your land and get denied a study permit.

Dear the institute will be running as it has been for 25 years and iam taking a break from studies after 12 years of continuous working. Secondly, iam doing second MBA specialising in Finance although there were finance subjects in my previous MBA, but it's not about finance it's about international exposure. You learn a lot many things alongwith ur studies..if it was for studies only then no one would have applied for foreign education as nowadays every degree is available in almost every country plus online option is also available.
Moreover I am not selling my land for study permit. Who said so?
And it's not about immigration bcoz I already have a running business and valuable property in my home country and in canada I ll havecto stast from a scratch. I can't afford to do that plus working part-time low jobs.. if it was for immigration I ll choose a more safe and respectable option. Thanks a lot anyways.

Mostly the amount from my institute is spent before it goes to my bank account.. although in my bank account mostly that sum goes which comes from my auto selling n buying part-time activity which I usually do. And I have proof of that. But yes I am not a tax payer although iam a filer.

Do you have enough personal savings to show that you can pay for your studies, support your family and not drain all your savings? The savings in your business account won't be considered. I misinterpreted your talk about getting the land split between the brothers on paper as a suggestion that you planned on selling your land to raise funds which is not uncommon. I apologize. Yo would need at 60-150K (depending on the school) to pay for school and living expenses, living expenses for your family and leave enough savings in your account for family emergencies/saving for the future/etc.

If you have a good job and your own business and a family to support you don't move to another country, stop working and exhaust most of your savings just to get exposure to an international curriculum especially at a lower ranking business school. If you went to a top tier school and didn't have another MBA you could probably justify draining the majority of your savings and returning to school to get exposure to a top program and other bright Canadian and international students to make business connections. Many businesses have very strong relationships with the top business schools and graduate are usually offered jobs before graduation. After doing a bit of research it seems as though you have 45K in savings which is likely just enough to support you doing your studies and your family back home but at your age, with responsibilities and with another MBA it doesn't make sense to do another MBA in Canada unless this was purely to immigrate. A part-time MBA while still running your business and making an income to support your family is more typical of people of your age with a family. The benefit that you would receive for attending UNB and returning home does not make sense given the cost. You applied for express entry in 2014/15 so you have shown a desire to immigrate which IRCC has on file. Doing an MBA will not lead to career advancement since your family owns the business and you are already the managing director. Whether the degree will lead to career advancement in your home country when your return home after your studies and whether the program makes sense based on your education and work history are a few of the thins that are considered. Not discouraging you from applying but pointing out what I suspects will be concerns about your application.

Yes bro but immigration plans were 7 years ago when I was single but it wasn't Express entry..it was FSP..now I have a family.. the point is that my wife can also visit me when flights are open as most of her family is in canada too.. spending 2 years in Canada isn't a bad option..even through my 12 years jobs I've constantly been studying part-time and even online..did HR certifications too that were much better than my MBA HR..thats why my father told me to have a taste of international exposure too..moreover, I didnt gained much fro the previous MBA I did..secondly if I get PR alongwith my degree I won't refuse it..no one will..thirdly the 45k in my account is wholly solely mine that's y iam not spending 145k on studies..iam not taking that risk to spend lots on studies.. my family has other sources of income too besides that too..so they won't depend on my 45k draining out..we are involved in counstruction business too.
