Hey guys, need your help.
In the requirements to FSW there is a line:
You must show that while working in your primary occupation you performed the duties set out in the lead statement of the occupational description in the NOC. This includes all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed.
So, my NOC is 2175, its Lead statement says:
Web designers and developers research, design, develop and produce Internet and Intranet sites. They are employed in computer software development firms, information technology consulting firms, information technology units throughout the private and public sectors, advertising agencies or they may be self-employed
The thing is that my firm does not match with any of the listed, it is not related to information technology at all.
Although I have been doing the essential and main duties listed in the NOC description.
Can it cause any problems and be determined as a fraud by Canadian inspectors during a background check? Like: can they say that this job experience cannot be counted because the firm is not related to IT?
Thanks a lot!
I don't know where else to ask
