Proof of Sibling PR status

Hi,

I have received ITA and I have got 15 points for sibling.I will be submitting her PR card as Proof of PR status by 12 March 2019;However her PR card is due to expire in June 2019 and she will be getting it renew after I submit my application.Will this is be affecting my application?
Will I be required to update anything in the records once she renews her PR card?
